Accommodation
All rooms in the Hyatt Hotel are 38m 2 and can accommodate up to 3 people.
Single room (king bed) for one person with breakfast included per night: €170 .
Double room (king or twin bed) for two people with breakfast included per night: €190 .
Surcharge: City tax per person, per day, approx. €2 .
The reservation can be canceled up to 7 days before arrival, without penalty.
In case the accommodation is canceled late, the costs of untimely cancellation are the cost of one night.
In case of no-show at the hotel, a “no-show” fee is paid in the amount of one night.
How to reserve accommodation: the reservation must be made in advance by sending an email with the following information:
-Reservation holder (passenger/client name)
– Desired type of bed
– Date of check-in to the hotel and date of check-out
– Payer – information to whom the invoice is issued (natural or legal entity)
Payment: upon confirmation of the reservation, the participant will receive a preliminary invoice that must be settled no later than 7 days before the start of the reservation.
