On December 23, 2024, the regular Annual General Assembly of the Business Compliance Association was successfully held. During the assembly, the financial report of the Association and the report on the work of the Management Board were reviewed and adopted. The members of the Association also had the opportunity to elect a new composition of the Management Board, as the term of the previous board had expired. After counting the votes cast in person during the assembly meeting and those submitted via email, the new composition of the Management Board, which will lead the Association in the upcoming period, was confirmed. The new Management Board consists of: Miloš Bogdanović, President of the Management Board and President of the Association; Ana Bajović, Member of the Management Board and Vice President of the Association; Jelena Danilović, Member of the Management Board; Raško Radovanović, Member of the Management Board and Mirko Lalatović, Member of the Management Board. The position of Secretary of the Association will continue to be held by Nenad Kovačević, who successfully performed this role in the previous term.
Regarding the assembly and the decisions adopted at the meeting held on December 23, 2024, the President of the Association, Miloš Bogdanović, stated: “I want to thank all the members of the Association for their support of its work and their contributions toward achieving our shared goals. I wish the Management Board much success in continuing the path we have embarked upon together, as well as paving new directions to meet the needs of our members and respond to the pervasive changes in the way we do business and live. Finally, allow me to extend special thanks to Miloš Laković, who served as a member of the Management Board for two terms, investing his time, knowledge, and energy into the development of compliance both nationally and regionally through his engagement with the Association.”
