Studies for knowledge innovation “Business Compliance”

One of the main goals of the Association is to improve the knowledge and exchange of experiences of the members of the Association, and other relevant subjects such as representatives of state authorities, regulators and the academic community in order to influence the quality of education offered to Compliance professionals or those who want to become one.

The need for additional education in this area was clearly expressed at many gatherings of professionals who deal with business compliance control from different companies and business sectors. Bearing in mind the rich practical experience of the Association’s members, and with the aim of improving knowledge in the field of business compliance, the Association for Compliance in Business has designed and, together with the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, implemented specialist studies “Business Compliance”.

Although each individual thematic area of business compliance can represent a specialized thematic education, the goal of the Association and the Faculty of Law is to offer those interested a general program in the form of studies for knowledge innovation, which will include all the most important aspects of this function, but also explain the reasons for its existence and expansion.

Lecturers at the studies are university professors, experts from practice, as well as representatives of regulatory bodies.

On the basis of the lessons attended, participants receive a certificate from the Faculty of Law for attending the specialist studies “Business Compliance”, and those who pass the final exam receive a certificate (certificate) for having passed the final exam in the field of Business Compliance.
